EASY GOAT CHEESE APPETIZER: CHRISTMAS ON A CRACKER

These take only minutes to make and require no cooking or baking so are the perfect appetizer for last minute guests or party invites. INGREDIENTS NEEDED:

  • Breton Cabaret Crackers
  • 4 oz. chevre goat cheese
  • 1-2 Tbs. milk or cream
  •  pomegranate arils
  •  honey 
  •  mint leaves

HOW TO MAKE EASY GOAT CHEESE APPETIZER: CHRISTMAS ON A CRACKER

  1. Mix goat cheese with a spoonful of milk or cream to make goat cheese spreadable. Add more milk as needed until desired consistency is achieved. Spread on crackers.

2. Top crackers with a sprinkling of pomegranate arils, then drizzle with honey. We use this technique for seeding pomegranate and it has been a game changer for us!

3. Finish with a small mint leaf.
